Competitor Meeting: 
Saturday, June 28th, at 9:45am in Polk Theatre at the TPAC
(COMPETITORS ONLY!!)  Competiors only please enter through the “stage door on UNION STREET” @ 9:30am

Elgibility: 
Must be an amateur/PRO athlete with a current NGA card ($35 cost) & all athletes must pass a
polygraph test stating they have been drug free for 7 years.  NGA cards may be purchased during
registration on Friday, June 28th.

Tickets:
Tickets may be purchased at the TPAC Box Office (downtown) or through Ticketmaster in three ways:
1) Purchase online at www.ticketmaster.com (up until 4 hours prior to performance time)
2) Visit any Ticketmaster outlet (Kroger, Tower Records, and other locations near you)
3) Call Ticketmaster at 615-255-ARTS (2787)

TPAC Box Office Information:

Convenience fees are not added to tickets purchased on site at the TPAC Office downtown.

Drug Testing:
We use a computerized polygraphing drug test system. You must be 7 years drug free from the date of the show.  For appointments please call (336).908.2817 or email information to info@oxbodypromotions.com. All competitors must make an appointment to get tested. Please schedule appointments by Monday, June 16th.  A $35 fee will be payable to the polygrapher at the polygraph appointment in cash.

Drug Testing Rules & Policies:
All athletes must submit to a polygraph to ensure that they are within the 7-year time limit of NGA banned substances. If any athlete does not pass the test, they will be banned from the NGA and all of its contests. All competitors may be asked to submit a urine sample. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the contest.

Posing Music:
NO PROFANITY IN POSING MUSIC: CD’s only, please ensure CD contains posing
music only and is properly labeled.  Maximum of 90 Sec. for all competitors.

Attire:
(bodybuilders) Men - One piece-posing suit. Women - 2 piece (may be connected). (Figure)
2-piece bikini-style swimsuit (T-back bottom permitted, but not mandatory). All competitors may
use reasonable props. Please call ahead for confirmation on usage.

NGA Banned Substances:
All anabolic steroids - Growth hormone - Prescription diuretics – Depressant
drugs, medications,narcotics or any substance which might be used for the purpose of passing a polygraph test
- Muscle implants - Clenbuterol – ALL FDA banned substances used for bodybuilding purposes. Go to

Trophies: 
Top 5 placements in all divisions will receive NGA Music City Night of the Champions Trophies.
